Basic Family 2-FOR-1

The concept of the “Basic Family 2-FOR-1” photoshoot

1. You get 2x Family Photoshoots 12-months apart.
2. On both occasions, you get 25 edited photos.
3. Both Family photoshoots will be a minimum of an hour’s photoshoot for up to 7-family members — R200 for every additional family member.
4. You get a 75% discount for the first year’s photoshoot — including the edited photos — only paying an R800 initial fee.
5. Then you commit to paying R200 per month for the next 12-months consecutively, paying off the cost of the following years’ photoshoot — at a further 25% discount.
6. The cost of the regular Family Photoshoot is R3200, which brings the total for 2-photoshoots to R6400. It means you save a whopping 50% over the 2-years, and you can spread the cost over 12 easy payments — that brings you to 2-FOR-1.

The process

1. After accepting the terms of this agreement and making payment of the initial R800, photos@RGB (hereafter, “us”, “we”, “RGB” or “photos@RGB”) will communicate with you regarding the date and venue of the photoshoot. The email will also contain guidelines for clothing and colour combinations.
2. The first R200 instalment will be automatically debited from your account the very next month after purchase. 
3. The payment date for all instalments will be the 1^st day of every month.
4. Every month — for 12-months consecutively — R200 will be securely debited from your registered bank account.
5. After the 12-months and 12-payments, photos@RGB will contact you to arrange for the second photoshoot.
6. Within 1-week of the photoshoot, a contact sheet, or un-edited digital album will be supplied to you for you to pick your 25-photos for edit.
7. The 25-edited photos will be supplied between 4-to-6 weeks from the photoshoot as a digital download. 
8. Should you take more than 1-week to inform us of your choice for edits, after receiving the contact sheet or unedited digital album, the delivery date will be extended by the number of weeks (7-days) you delay in informing us of your choice for 25-edits.
9. After the second photoshoot, you may cancel your agreement by email before the next payment is due.
10. If you do not cancel, the payments for the 3^rd year will commence automatically, unless cancelled by you before the next due instalment.
11. Take note; the payment instruction will stay active until cancelled.

Default, non-payment and delays

1. RGB is a family business, looking to build a trusting relationship with our clients and thus do not want to be in ill standing with you — who we would like to serve for generations to come.
2. If you fall on difficult times, please contact us to make arrangements. Payment holidays, other delayed payment methods or even bartering will be the options we prefer as an outcome.
3. Before making payment at checkout, we require you to acknowledge and accept these terms for you to be able to enjoy the 75% discount on the first year, and 25% discount on the 2^nd year respectively, and 25% on every year following until you cancel.
4. Should you fall behind with instalments, the full, undiscounted amount for your 1^st photoshoot becomes due immediately — R3200 less the initial R800 fee.
5. Should you break the terms of this agreement by failing to honour instalments, and failing to pay the R2400 (R3200-R800=R2400) due immediately after non-payment, you have to inform photos@RGB by email — photos[at]rgb.za.net — of your intentions to bring your instalments up to date within 5-days of failed debit attempt.
6. photos@RGB will take action to recover the 75% discount for the 1^st photoshoot, should you not cooperate in brining your instalments up-to-date.
7. Should the instalments be delayed for whatever reason, the 2^nd photoshoot will be delayed by that same amount of time until the full amount due is collected by photos@RGB.
